About the Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our luxury property in the heart of Washington DC. This is a pivotal leadership role for a dynamic, results-driven hospitality professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic vision while delivering an unforgettable five-star guest experience.

Important: Candidates MUST have prior hotel experience in Washington DC.

What You'll Do

Lead with Strategy & Financial Excellence

Drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and make data-driven decisions using market insights and financial analytics to achieve business objectives.

Ensure Operational Excellence

Oversee all departments—Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance—while maintaining impeccable brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Create Memorable Guest Experiences

Deliver personalized luxury service that builds loyalty and enhances our prestigious reputation through proactive guest engagement and continuous service improvements.

Develop & Inspire Your Team

Lead, mentor, and empower department heads and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth through comprehensive talent management.

Build Strong Partnerships

Serve as the key liaison between operations and ownership, ensuring transparent communication and community engagement that strengthens our local presence.

What We're Looking For

5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury/high-end hotels

Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and revenue optimization

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills

Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility for extended hours in a 24/7 operational environment

Must have hotel experience in Washington DC
