Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a love for cooking, and works well with others. You'll play a key role in preparing quality meals that keep our guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Beef 'O' Brady's standards
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and rotation of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to keep service running smoothly
• Follow instructions from kitchen managers and support other staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $16.50 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
