1st Shift CNC Lathe/Mill Operator

About Us:

Riverstone Machining, LLC is a family-owned CNC machining company located in Fox Lake, WI.

In 2022, we completed a state-of-the-art building addition which doubled our capacity. In addition, we purchased many new pieces of equipment and merged our Sun Prairie, WI operations to Fox Lake.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Run a CNC lathe or mill by loading/unloading parts, operating the control panel and verifying dimensions are to tolerance.

. Some candidates may perform set up procedures, tool adjustments and offsets, and create/edit machine programs as necessary.

· Ensure parts are to quality specifications via the use of micrometers, calipers, and gauges and record readings as required.

· Aid continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

· Help others as directed.

Qualifications and Skills

· Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· High attention to detail

· Self-motivated

· Strong team player with a positive attitude

· Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds regularly

· Able to stand for majority of shift

Hours

· First Shift- Monday-Friday 5:30 am-2:00 pm

· Overtime available as production demand requires
