Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Greet, tour, and engage prospective residents with a welcoming, confident approach
• Maintain a leasing conversion rate of at least 85% of move-outs per month
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries with accurate information
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units with product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Process rental applications, run background checks, and prepare lease documents
• Complete all move-in and move-out procedures in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure vacant units are 100% ready for showings—partnering with maintenance when needed
• Maintain an updated knowledge of current leasing specials, pricing, and availability
• Participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and social media promotions
• Handle resident relations professionally and assist with office support tasks
• Turn in weekly reports, market surveys, traffic logs, and leasing updates to management
• Uphold Fair Housing regulations and company policies at all times

Skills and Requirements:

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred (multifamily is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and in-person
• Strong sales closing techniques and ability to build rapport quickly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Able to multitask in a high-traffic, deadline-driven setting
• Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, AppFolio) a plus
• Willingness to work Saturdays and some holidays as needed
