Reports To: HIGH SPEED MILL SUPERVISOR

FLSA Status: NON EXEMPT

Hours Required To Work Per Week: 40 - plus overtime as needed.

Summary

Tends machines that coat continuous mouldings with paint, or stain coating material by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for set-up, operation and clean-up of vacuum coating line for moulding and boards.

Places mouldings onto feed spindle of machine on the spray line only.

Fills machine with coating solution such as paint or primer.

Set up profile side of the vacuum coater.

Make sure the material runs smoothly.

Make sure the paint or primer is not to heavy or to light.

Other duties may be assigned.

Educations and/or Experience

No prior experience or training.

Language Skills

Ability to read a limited number of two and three-syllable works and to recognize similarities and differences between works and between series of number. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understand to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
