We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team. As a BCaBA, you will work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and monitor client treatment programs, while providing support and direction to our therapy staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising BCBA with conducting and summarizing behavioral and skills assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Implement, monitor, and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment fidelity.
- Assist the BCBA with parent/caregiver training and consultation to promote the generalization of skills across environments.
- Collect, analyze, and graph data under the direction of the supervising BCBA to assist in making timely, data-based decisions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and progress summaries, in compliance with ethical and funding requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the supervising BCBA and interdisciplinary teams (e.g., teachers, OTs, SLPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) by the BACB.
- Current state registration/licensure, as required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
