The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time dishwashers to join the opening kitchen team of this highly anticipated, new full-service restaurant We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level position, however, dishwashers are essential to the success of the restaurant and help deliver exceptional service by:

Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish area and kitchen
Following proper sanitation and food safety procedures
Assisting kitchen staff by providing clean and ready equipment
Supporting the team with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as needed

What we are looking for

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Must be 17 years of age, able to lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand/move about the kitchen for the duration of the shift

Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space.
