Quality Control Lab Technician

Join Our QC Lab Team at Westwood Laboratories
Location: Azusa, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Flexible with earlier start to 6:00am)

Our Quality Control team is looking for a QC Lab Technician who's sharp, curious, and ready for a challenge in the best way. What You'll Do

You'll be one of the go-to people keeping our quality standards high and our products safe. Your day-to-day will include things like:

• Testing raw materials, in-process batches, bulks, and finished goods
• Running routine analytical tests (pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and all the fun stuff only QC folks understand)
• Keeping accurate records and supporting timely product release
• Partnering closely with Production, R&D, Micro, and QA
• Helping with stability pulls, line checks, retains, equipment calibrations, and everyday lab operations
• Supporting investigations, OOS work, and continuous improvements
• Being part of a team that moves fast, works smart, and supports each other

What You Bring

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of QC lab experience in cosmetics, personal care, OTC, or pharma
• Solid understanding of GMP/GLP practices and documentation standards
• Experience with common QC instrumentation
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and the ability to work well across teams
