Now Hiring: Floor Manager – Èlephante (Scottsdale)
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Èlephante Scottsdale delivers a high-energy, high-volume dining experience inspired by coastal Italian flavors and elevated hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to support daily front-of-house operations and uphold the exceptional guest experience that defines the Èlephante brand.

This role is ideal for a polished, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, upscale environment and is committed to fostering a positive, service-driven team culture.

• Lead and supervise daily FOH floor operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Support, coach, and develop FOH team members, reinforcing hospitality standards
• Uphold guest service expectations, addressing needs, feedback, and service recovery
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and monitor venue readiness
• Partner with the culinary and bar teams to ensure cohesive, consistent service
• Assist with scheduling, training, administrative tasks, and company initiatives
• Oversee adherence to health, safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Represent management on the floor with professionalism, warmth, and presence

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting (required)
• Completion of or willingness to complete: Manager Training Program, PCI/DSS, Alcohol Awareness, and Food Handling.
• Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a team
• Excellent guest service instincts with a polished, professional demeanor
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and basic hospitality technology
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Role may involve repetitive motion
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements and cleaning supplies

• Flexible availability required — including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
