Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle SPM/Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant located in the Greater Seattle Area. In this position, you will lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle SPM/Fusion Incentive Compensation modules. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing SPM solutions, configuring systems, performing data integrations, user training, and providing ongoing support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables meet client needs is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle SPM or Fusion Incentive Compensation tools, including system configuration, integration, and implementation
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Hands-on experience with data integration, data transformation, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality customer experiences
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant Oracle Fusion or SPM certifications are a plus
• Experience in the Greater Seattle Area market or with similar customer environments is highly desirable
