Guardhouse Security Guard

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet and Log visitors/guests and call resident for entry approval

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security

• Receive/Log package deliveries and notify resident

• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms

• Respond to emergencies and security incidents

• Enforce property regulations and guidelines

• Report any suspicious activities or persons

• Provide assistance to customers and employees when needed

*Skills*

-Bilingual

• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures

• Experience in surveillance techniques

• Strong conflict management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
