Position Summary

We are seeking a highly trained and professional Armed Security Guard to join our team in Adelanto, CA. This position plays a key role in maintaining safety and ensuring the protection of our clients, staff, and property.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and assess situations effectively.
• Deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism through active presence and vigilance.
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV and other monitoring equipment.
• Provide assistance, including CPR or first aid, during medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity and incident reports.
• Represent Weapon X Security Inc. with professionalism and respect at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Armed Security Guard License (BSIS) and current Guard Card – Required .
• Valid Driver's License – Required .
• CPR and First Aid Certification – Preferred .
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and emergency response procedures.
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Must be able to wear body armor and operate body cameras while on duty.

• Shifts Available: Day and night shifts.
• Language: English (Required).
• Work Location: In-person – Adelanto, CA.
• Relocation: Must be able to relocate or commute to Adelanto, CA, before starting work.
