We're supporting a high-impact government program in their search for an experienced
Network Engineering Specialist
to help design, build, and maintain mission-critical network infrastructure. This role suits someone who thrives in complex technical environments, enjoys being hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and can confidently provide strategic input at the enterprise level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining secure network infrastructure to support classified systems
• Leading on network performance optimization, troubleshooting, and architecture upgrades
• Preparing technical documentation and proposals for engineering reviews and approvals
• Advising stakeholders on technical feasibility, cost-efficiency, and system integration
• Ensuring compliance with security and operational standards while maintaining backup and recovery capabilities
• Staying current on emerging network technologies and recommending continuous improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in network design, configuration, and administration
• Strong command of routing, switching, and security technologies
• Proficiency with network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance analysis tools
• Confident communicator who can translate complex technical issues into practical solutions
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
