Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Representitive to drive growth and expand our company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles to foster long-term success.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, canvassing and email outreach
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Assist negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with management teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management
Requirements
- Previous facilities services, and janitorial service experience is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer relationship management
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support outreach efforts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education

Pay: $70, $100,000.00 per year
