Cooler Loader

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Rotate ingredients and resale items (First In, First out) in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP.

• Complete all records required by federal, state and local authorities.

• Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.

• Maintain the facilities so that it meets OSHA standards and requirements.

• Ability to match product with loading sheets and process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.

• Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all GMP, SQF & amp; Safety Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of job experience.

• Must have 3-5 years of Plant, Cooler, or Warehouse experience.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear.

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and or fork lift in a safe manner.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push and or pull up to 240 pounds while using a hook.

• Strong work ethic, an excellent attendance record, and the ability to work overtime or extended hours when needed.

• Ability to work in cold, wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Monday- Friday Daylight shifts (Subject to change).
