Quality Control Technician

JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is hiring a skilled QC Inspector to join our growing team in Chandler/Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you'll perform high-precision inspections using CMMs (MCOSMOS) and other metrology tools to ensure quality across our semiconductor component production lines.

• Program, set up, and operate CMMs (preferably using MCOSMOS software).
• Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products using CMM and manual tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, etc.).
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Conduct and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs).
• Document and report nonconformances, and support corrective action processes.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections for quality compliance.
• Use specialized inspection techniques (ultrasonic, fluorescent, optical comparators) as needed.
• Support cleanroom inspections with proper PPE.
• Maintain organized and safe work areas aligned with quality protocols.

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of CMM experience, preferably with MCOSMOS.
• Strong skills in interpreting engineering/technical drawings.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated inspection techniques.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable documenting results accurately.
• Able to work cross-functionally and communicate inspection findings.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications preferred.
