Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)/RBTs to deliver ethical, high-quality programming.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, review progress, and empower their involvement.
• Monitor data, ensure treatment integrity, and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain timely documentation for payer and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supporting diverse children and families.
