The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist kitchen staff by cleaning pots, pans, and other cooking equipment as needed.
• Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean working environment throughout the kitchen.
• Support food preparation staff by providing assistance as required during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
