Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Unarmed Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their communities. Your energetic presence and keen observation skills will help prevent incidents, monitor premises through surveillance systems, and respond effectively to various situations—all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Observe activity, identify potential security threats, and document incidents accurately.
• Provide a visible security presence to promote a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with local first responders when necessary.
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and surveillance records with precision.
• Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
