Essential Planning, LLC. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dedicated team. This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role, integral to enhancing the client experience, supporting Advisors, and ensuring smooth operational processes within our financial advisory firm. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, processing client requests, and providing administrative and operational support to Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of client service and operational functions that support the firm's day-to-day activities and uphold the client experience. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Relationship & Service
- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests and resolving inquiries.
- Ensure key client information and documentation is up to date.
- Assist with client onboarding, including preparing materials, gathering information, opening and rolling over new accounts, and analyzing/inputting client information.
Advisor & Operational Support
- Perform duties that support Advisors in daily business practices, including trading, bill pay, financial reporting, and preparation for client meetings.
- Perform asset allocation and analyses.
- Complete all CSA workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the team's marketing strategy by assisting with client events and seminars.
Office Support
- Answer phones and greet customers politely during office hours.
- Assist the Admin Team and Advisors with general office needs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Development
- Actively engage in training and education programs to maintain current knowledge on policies, procedures, and risk awareness.
Qualifications & Skills/Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- College degree (Preferred)
- Security Industry Essentials Exam (Preferred)
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or database software (Preferred)
- Comfortable with computers, office equipment, and digital tools

Interview Process & Timeline

The position is expected to start in early October.
