Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent service to our clients, and maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Execute welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Supervise maintenance staff during specific projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal in various properties.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.

Experience
Candidates should have:

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance practices.
• Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
