Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage reception operations, and support office functions with excellent customer service and administrative skills. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office technology to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments & verifying vaccinations .
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Utilize excel , word & other office management software for daily tasks.
  • Support administrative functions such as calendar management, email correspondence, and supply inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment.
  • Provide support for clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and document preparation.
  • Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform additional office management duties as needed to facilitate efficient workflow.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
  • Experience with phone systems and office management software's.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
