Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Project Manager
with hands-on experience in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis expertise combined with technical proficiency in cloud-based data platforms, enabling them to translate complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Coordination

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to data access, security, and cataloguing.

• Coordinate with end-users for security access requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Act as a point of contact between internal security teams, help desk, and project stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate communication between data stewards, data owners, and other internal teams wherever required.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and access provisioning for users in compliance with organizational policies.

• Technical Leadership

• Ensure compliance with data security standards and governance policies.

• Support integration and implementation of Data Cataloging tools and Data security frameworks.

• Oversee the Data Cataloging Project Implementation and facilitate any required co-ordination between various internal teams

• Process & Documentation

• Maintain documentation for access requests, approvals, and security compliance.

• Track and report progress on data platform activities and security implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with experience in supporting Data Products / Data Analytics initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or Azure cloud data services.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
