We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Schedule appointments for all providers
- Performing general office duties
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
- Communicate with providers and clients in a timely, professional
manner.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
- Multitask- Juggling tasks while answering calls.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Collecting co-pays and patient balances.
- Creating and updating office documents.
Qualifications:
The job requires the following qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of previous experience working as a receptionist or performing administrative duties.
- Proficiency in using a computer to perform administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Associate's degree
Fluent in Spanish (Preferred)
Expected hours a week 16-20
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 am to 6 pm
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
