Are you passionate about empowering others through learning and development? We're looking for a dedicated training professional to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering and facilitating impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. As part of our training organization, you'll contribute to the success of the company by implementing innovative learning methodologies, customizing delivery methods, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as glass manufacturing, leadership, and new hire orientation, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of learners. You'll collaborate with instructional designers to refine content, recognize industry trends and best practices, and provide feedback that elevates training programs. From managing multi-day events to delivering "Train the Trainer" programs, you'll ensure learning objectives are achieved and employees are set up for success.
Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate logistics, maintain accurate training records, and facilitate surveys to gather valuable feedback for future improvements. You'll adapt to the dynamic needs of learners, ensuring every session is as effective as it is inclusive. By partnering with teams across the organization, you'll ensure seamless training delivery and compliance with glass manufacturing protocols and safety regulations.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills.
- Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
- Required to lift and move materials that can weigh up to 50lbs.
- Required to travel up to 25% of the time in order to conduct training sessions.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Certified in delivery of best-in-class training (.g. IVES, TWI, Langevin) e., ) to deliver training.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experienced in using virtual training platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex or Adobe Presenter.
- Experience working in the Glass Manufacturing industry.
- Possesses basic knowledge of Glass Manufacturing products.
