Principal Objective:

La Mer is seeking a Social Creative, Motion with a strong passion for beauty and art, as well as

extensive experience in creating content for TikTok and Instagram. This dynamic role will support Global Social & Editorial Evergreen programs, focusing primarily on filming, concepting, and editing TikTok content while also assisting the team across other social channels. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping La Mer's digital presence, translating luxury brand values into visually interesting and engaging social media content. A deep understanding of current trends and the ability to innovate within the high-end beauty space are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with luxury branding.
• Support the development of content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Stay current with TikTok trends and creatively adapt them for a high-end audience.
• Collaborate with the Global Social & Editorial teams to ensure cohesive messaging and aesthetic.
• Assist with production of assets from concept to release for TikTok

Qualifications:

• Strong background in design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Proficient in Keynote & Figma for deck / presentation purposes.
• Proficient in all Adobe programs, specifically, Premier Pro, After Effects & Photoshop
• Exceptional editorial eye with a keen understanding of luxury branding.
• Ability to translate trends into visually compelling content.
• Innovative-willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches.
• Problem solver and team player, bringing a solutions-first approach to their work.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment, overseeing multiple projects at any given time.
• 3D / CGI program knowledge a plusHas experience using Wrike or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks and report of program status
