Mover/Driver - Hiring This Week

Position Overview

We're hiring part-time movers, packers, and drivers for weekends and select weekdays. The right people can grow into full-time quickly. Your job is simple; show up on time, work hard, and take care of our customers. We train you on the rest.

What You'll Do

• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary
• Operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to transport goods efficiently across designated routes
• Load, secure, and organize cargo to prevent shifting during transit
• Drive route trucks confidently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist customers with their moving or delivery needs by providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries or pickups while optimizing fuel efficiency
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety standards are met
• Use tools like pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks for moving heavy items within warehouses or client locations
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers regarding delivery statuses, delays, or issues during route driving
• Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, driving, and warehouse operations to create a safe working environment for yourself and teammates

Requirements

• Must be dependable and show up on time - no excuses
• Must have a valid driver's licenses and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Hard worker with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Weekend availability required
• Experience is a plus but not required - we'll train you
• Must be willing to learn, take direction, and work as a team
