Position Overview
We are seeking a
Regional Facilities Manager
to oversee facilities operations across a multi-state footprint. This leadership role is highly impactful, ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of our physical locations while supporting an exceptional customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional facilities and maintenance team, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and operational excellence
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facility infrastructure
- Manage repair work and troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and chemical delivery systems
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate maintenance-related capital projects, including renovations, equipment upgrades, and large-scale improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, chemical handling) and enforce safety protocols
- Implement quality assurance processes, including routine site audits for cleanliness, uptime, and operational standards
- Analyze maintenance performance metrics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Serve as the escalation point for critical outages or facility incidents and lead root-cause analyses with cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred and 5+ years of experience in a facilities leadership role managing and developing maintenance or technical service teams (e.g., industrial, retail, restaurant, or field services environments) A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Passion for developing leaders and building high-performance teams
- Strong interviewing, hiring, and talent development skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across operations, HR, finance, and related departments
- Solid understanding of P&L management and expense control strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Experience navigating sensitive or complex personnel situations with professionalism
- Ability to travel regularly across assigned markets
