JEBWA is a fast-growing luxury designer resale brand specializing in authenticated Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and fine jewelry. We combine curated inventory, data-driven operations, and highly engaging livestream shopping to deliver an elevated customer experience.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale our daily in-studio operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager ensures that all operational functions—including inventory workflow, livestream show execution, team coordination, VIP management, logistics, and studio readiness—run with efficiency, accuracy, and luxury-brand standards.

This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing live sales operations to meet aggressive revenue targets while maintaining an exceptional customer and VIP experience.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Show Operations

  • Build and manage the weekly and monthly livestream show calendar in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Plan show segments, product lineup, promotional strategies, and engagement elements.
  • Coordinate hosts, co-hosts, and virtual assistants to ensure readiness and consistency.
  • Oversee show setup, backstage flow, real-time adjustments, and post-show reconciliation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of show performance through pacing, thematic planning, and audience engagement strategies.

Inventory & Product Management

  • Oversee intake, tagging, authentication notes, photography, and listing workflows.
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory systems across Shopify, Poshmark, Whatnot, Instagram, and internal databases.
  • Lead quality control processes to prevent SKU issues, duplicate listings, and inventory errors.
  • Ensure shelves, racks, and product staging areas remain clean, efficient, and presentation-ready.

Revenue Planning & KPI Ownership

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly revenue planning to meet defined sales targets.
  • Allocate hosts, product categories, and promotional strategies based on performance trends.
  • Monitor KPIs such as AOV, sell-through, engagement, and conversion to optimize results.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage studio assistants, listers, and livestream hosts.
  • Train team members on SOPs, luxury standards, inventory systems, and workflows.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reporting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment

VIP Program Management

  • Grow and maintain JEBWA's VIP customer group.
  • Oversee VIP onboarding, tagging, communication, preview sales, and personalized offers.
  • Develop retention campaigns and high-touch strategies that reinforce customer loyalty.

Logistics & Quality Control

  • Oversee shipping accuracy, packaging standards, invoice correctness, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to minimize service issues and improve turnaround time.

Process & System Optimization

  • Build and refine SOPs for all operational departments.
  • Improve show setup time, listing speed, inventory accuracy, and team communication.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Introduce tools, dashboards, and systems that improve efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Operations, E-commerce, Luxury Retail, or Livestream Commerce.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Poshmark, Whatnot, Google Sheets, Slack, and Trello.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, resale, and high-quality customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49, $59,831.86 per year
