Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader, you'll be stepping into an entry-level leadership role, learning essential skills to prepare for future leadership positions like Assistant Site Leader and Site Leader. You'll be a key part of ensuring smooth operations, team development, and customer satisfaction.

• Support Site Leadership – Assist the Site Leader and Assistant Site Leader in managing daily operations, helping with hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Team Development – Lead team meetings, assist in training sessions, and help ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
• Customer Service Excellence – Handle customer concerns, manage damage claims, and ensure guests have a top-tier experience.
• Site Maintenance & Compliance – Help conduct weekly site audits, maintain clean and safe work areas, and comply with safety regulations.
• Technical & Mechanical Support – Learn to diagnose minor equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting and repairs.

• Leadership Mindset – A team-oriented individual who takes initiative and motivates others.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to lead meetings, train staff, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Quick thinker who can shift priorities and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized – Basic knowledge of Excel, tablets, and other office applications.
• Hands-On Work Ethic – Comfortable working on-site, both indoors and outdoors, in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with moving mechanical parts, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and ladder safety.
• All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.

• Pay: Starting at $ $14.00 per hour

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, hospitality, car wash industry preferred).
• Leadership Potential: Ability to train, coach, and develop employees for operational success.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong guest interaction skills with a proactive approach to resolving concerns.
• Operations & Maintenance: Willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance procedures.
• Team Player: Able to work closely with the Site Leader and Assistant Site Leader to execute company policies and improve efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can adapt to challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in an outdoor environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
