Position

The Divisional Operations Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of client operational needs for a Private Wealth Management division team. This individual will also be expected to assist with and resolve risk and compliance issues as they arise. Responsible for supporting broad direction, policies, and guidelines for the team's operational side of the business.

Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
  • Risk and compliance experience strongly recommended
  • Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions
  • Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects
  • Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the firm's elevated client experience
  • Support Advisor teams with all related operational activities and needs
Qualifications
  • Financial services experience, required
  • Operational experience, required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Series 9 and 10
