Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using hand tools or machinery.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control logic controllers (PLCs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
