About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems across multiple aircraft platforms
- Perform diagnostics, wiring, and component-level repairs with minimal supervision
- Conduct inspections and functional tests in compliance with FAA and OEM standards
- Accurately document maintenance actions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for system integration
- Collaborate with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure mission readiness
- Maintain control of personal tools and ensure proper use of test equipment
- Support flight line operations and ground testing procedures
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5-S workplace initiatives
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent military avionics training (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in avionics installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance (military experience considered)
- Garmin and/or Rockwell systems experience preferred (any platform)
- Familiarity with UAS platforms and digital flight control systems is a strong plus
- Ability to read and interpret avionics wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with maintenance tracking systems
- Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous learning
