Center Administrator – Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - LTC / Rehab
Location: Clovis, NM 88101
Job Type: Travel Contract – 9 Weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Package (Traveler – W2 + Stipend):
$75/hr blended | $3,000 weekly

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee operations at a skilled nursing facility in Clovis, NM. This role requires a strong leader with experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, budgeting, and facility management.

The Center Administrator will ensure high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and support staff across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS, and LTC regulations
• Manage staffing, performance, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain budgets, financial reports, and operational planning
• Foster a positive culture among staff, residents, and families
• Lead audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong community relationships and promote the facility's reputation

Requirements

• Active NM Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA/NHA) – Required
• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience in LTC, SNF, rehab, or post-acute care
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, survey readiness, compliance, and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage operations and staff performance
