Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible to driving memberships sales, building strong local business partnerships, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and community engagement. This role is central to setting our studio up for long-term success by leading all sales efforts and creating meaningful connections in Williamsburg and surrounding areas.

Duties

• Lead all memberships sales efforts to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
• Develop and executer grassroots marketing and community outreach strategies to build awareness and drive leads
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to create referral opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing memberships
• Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance trends.
• Report to Area Manager with performance metrics, sales, and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a membership driven business.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in fast paced environment.
• Experience in community outreach or business development is a plus.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping people live better lives.

Pay: $3, $3,500.00 per month
