We're growing our litigation team and looking for Junior Associate Attorneys who are eager to build a strong foundation in litigation with the right guidance and support. This newly structured role is ideal for attorneys early in their careers who want meaningful experience, approachable mentorship, and a clear path for development.

As a full-time Associate Attorney in our Atlanta office, you'll work closely with experienced litigators on an established line of business, gaining practical exposure to case strategy, drafting, discovery, and client interaction. Our nationally recognized firm offers hands-on training, personalized mentoring, and the flexibility to grow professionally while maintaining balance.

Attorney Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Minimum 1 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of general liability, premises liability, products liability, employment and civil rights/§ 1983 work representing municipalities.
• Admission to the
  Georgia State Bar
  in good standing
• J.D.
  from an accredited law school
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a long-term litigation career

Associate Attorney Position Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive starting at $105,000 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus potential
