Job Purpose
The HR Operations Analyst plays a key role in the HR department by supporting efficient and compliant HR operations. The role involves maintaining HR documentation, reviewing RFP's, and responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties
- Coordinate the creation, review, and formatting of HR documents and resources including policies, procedures, FAQ's and templates
- Maintain and organize a repository of up-to-date HR documents and resources for use within the HR department and throughout the organization
- Assist in documenting and maintaining HR processes and identify opportunities for improvements
- Serve as the HR point of contact for RFP's, coordinating will all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses
- As needed research relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant responses to RFP and contract reviews
- Support the HR team in audits, policy management, and ad hoc data requests and analysis
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems, including the HRIS, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Stay updated on legislative changes, HR trends, and best practices to suggest improvements to processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
- Experience with HR compliance
- Experience with HR data analysis or reporting
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminology
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
- Occasionally, this position may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.

- $49, $56,733.67 per year (based on experience)
