Position Overview:

Bear Construction, LLC is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Administrator with communications, invoice tracking, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Create, organize, and maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Order and manage stock of office supplies
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and deliveries; send outgoing mail
  • Support other team members with clerical tasks and project coordination
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and/or expense reports
  • Help with onboarding new employees, meeting logistics, customer inquiries, etc.
  • Support the Administrator and office leadership with administrative overflow tasks

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office administrator role (Experience in construction is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (Foundation Soft preferred)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A valid driver's license
  • High standards of honesty, integrity, and commitment to producing a quality work product

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36, $40,000.00 per year
