Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
• Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, billing, coding, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards to protect patient confidentiality and data security
• Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Maintain and oversee clinic scheduling and patient flow

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of dental office operations
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in a clinical or administrative setting
• Proficiency in Dentrix is essential
• Knowledge of dental terminology, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations
• Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, managed care processes, and billing procedures
• Background in dental clinic experience or healthcare management is a must

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
