The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our multifamily renovation project in the Pebble Creek / Jackson, MS area. This role is responsible for daily job-site management, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, scheduling, and quality control.
The successful candidate will participate in a structured onboarding and training plan designed to prepare you for success on the Pebble Creek project. This includes hands-on field training, process orientation with KH leadership, and integration into our operational systems during your first months of employment. You will also participate in quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints to ensure continued growth, alignment, and support.

What You'll DoOversee all phases of construction from project start through completion
Monitor project schedules, progress, and quality standards
Manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment
Maintain a safe and compliant job site (OSHA & building codes)
Conduct daily inspections and maintain daily logs and reporting
Communicate with project managers, leadership, inspectors, and city officials
Resolve issues quickly while maintaining KH's quality expectations
Lead by example—reinforcing professionalism, teamwork, and KH values
Proven superintendent experience (multifamily or heavy renovation preferred)
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety standards
Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical job-site tasks
OSHA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Tech-friendly; able to use job-site apps and digital reporting tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening and other applicable checks, as permitted by state law.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
