Are you passionate about driving warehouse excellence, optimizing flow, and leading people through change? We're seeking a
Warehouse Operations Manager
to lead strategic and day-to-day warehouse initiatives that enable production efficiency, accuracy, and growth.

This role calls for a results-oriented leader with the ability to align warehouse performance with broader supply chain goals—building processes, technology, and teams that scale for the future.

What You'll Do

  • Shape and execute warehouse strategy supporting company-wide supply chain objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives — including
    automation, WMS optimization, and process modernization
    .
  • Develop long-term capacity and resource plans to ensure scalability and resilience.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for
    inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse efficiency
    .
  • Drive
    Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
    programs to enhance cost, speed, and safety.
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow.
  • Champion a
    safety-first culture
    , ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse teams to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years
    of warehouse or logistics management experience within a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong background in
    warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain optimization
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    and ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated success driving automation, layout redesign, or digital initiatives.
  • Knowledge of
    Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
    , and safety compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (preferred).
  • Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to coach and develop teams.
