Event Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Event Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting event operations. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or catering is preferred, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as needed
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during events
• Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness throughout the event
• Replenish supplies and assist with food preparation or setup when required
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests to enhance guest satisfaction
• Support event staff in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during events
• Experience with restaurant or hotel service, including banquet experience, is a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
• Basic knowledge of coffee service or beverage handling is advantageous
