• Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases to track customer interactions
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and enhance overall client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support roles is required
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data management and reporting
• Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and improve service strategies
• Demonstrated phone etiquette, active listening abilities, and professionalism in all communications
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary
