Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for guest services and a keen ability to upsell menu items while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality service that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by bussing tables promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Sanitize work areas regularly to uphold health regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
