Job Summary

The Sales Representative will conduct sales calls with warm prospects, assess their business needs, and enroll them into our digital marketing program. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to earn based on results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads
  • Understand prospect goals and recommend appropriate marketing solutions
  • Present our digital program clearly and confidently in a consultative style
  • Navigate objections professionally and build strong rapport
  • Manage follow-ups and track pipeline details in our CRM
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Consistently meet monthly performance targets

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (digital marketing, SaaS, consulting, or beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable discussing business goals and marketing investments
  • Organized, reliable, and strong at follow-up
  • Self-driven and motivated by performance metrics
  • Interest in beauty, med-spa, or eCommerce industries is a plus

Compensation

  • Earnings are driven by performance, with payouts tied to successfully onboarding new clients
  • Additional monthly incentives available for exceeding performance targets
