Customer Service Representative

Holster manufacturer seeking Rockstar Customer Service Agent for growing e-commerce company Are you unapologetically pro 2A? Do you love firearms and American manufacturing? Do you have a huge drive for excellent customer service?

We are hiring an agent to help manage customer queries. You will also be asked to process orders, modify or adjust existing orders, escalate complaints, and assist our customers with returns and exchanges.

To do well in this role you need to:

• Be dependable and punctual
• Be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated or confused
• Have experience working with computers
• Have experience in e-commerce retail
• Have experience in answering a high volume of calls
• Be able to multitask
• Be friendly and knowledgeable
• Firearm knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Replying promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media as needed
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Knowing our policies and procedures inside and out, as well as maintaining product knowledge for our growing product line
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a positive experience

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
