We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with our team. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, messages, and other media communication

• Verify health insurance coverage and explain available benefits

• Complete pre-assessments to determine medical and clinical eligibility

• Discuss treatment options with prospective patients

• Provide support to patients and families throughout the pre-admission process

• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal departments

• Operate efficiently using Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Teams for communication and workflow
• Verify insurance through VerifyTX, Availity, and other insurance portals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

• Experience in healthcare, admissions, or behavioral health is preferred but not required
