What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage all machine shop and inspection operations to ensure quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.
  • Drive KPIs at the department and individual level, ensuring alignment with company goals and continuous operational improvement.
  • Oversee production performance, resolve technical and processing issues, and implement best-practice Lean Daily Management (LDM) processes.
  • Manage ERP accuracy for part costing and standards while reviewing workload to forecast staffing, inventory, and equipment needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally and with HR to support hiring, training, performance management, safety compliance, and team development.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–7 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource planning.
  • Background in high-technology electronics manufacturing supported by a precision machine shop.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial production, machining processes, administration, engineering technology, and customer service.
  • Leadership capabilities including personnel management, decision-making, complex problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, statistics, or a related discipline, with proven ability to improve processes, KPIs, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
