Post Construction Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. This role involves thoroughly cleaning and preparing newly constructed or renovated spaces to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the final stages of construction projects, helping clients enjoy pristine environments.

Duties

• Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from construction sites
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to a spotless finish
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, including buffing and floor care as needed
• Wipe down walls, ceilings, and surfaces to eliminate dust and stains
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas requiring detailed cleaning
• Ensure all areas are free of construction residues such as paint splatters or drywall dust
• Assist with minor custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively
• Collaborate with construction teams to complete cleaning efficiently within project timelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance
• Experience with commercial or residential cleaning is highly desirable
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
