Maintenance Technician

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Ability to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and perform repairs efficiently
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environment
• Cleaning and preparing work areas, removing debris, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assisting Skilled Workers: Providing support to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
• Operating machines, hand tools, or other equipment as needed.
• Adhering to instructions from supervisors and construction plans.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• May include digging, shoveling, mixing materials, and other manual labor tasks.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring they are clean, in good working order, and ready for move-in.
• Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize future problems and extend the life of equipment
• Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping, cleaning common areas, and addressing any damage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain organized records
• On-call duties and weekend/holiday work may be required.

• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have basic tools

Pay: $ $16.54 per hour
